Deepmatter

BUILT FOR LAW FIRMS

Your AI, briefed on every matter.

Deepmatter keeps a living memory of each matter and briefs whichever AI you ask: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or Deepmatter itself. Answers arrive specific, current, and cited.

  • Sources on every answer
  • You control the memory

Re-explaining the situation to AI again?

Not with Deepmatter.

WHERE IT FITS

Deepmatter knows what you're working聽on.

Deepmatter gets to know each matter as you work it. Ask an AI tool for help and Deepmatter hands it the relevant context. The first thing you notice is that the answers stop being generic.

No prepping it
It follows the work in the background. You never tag or paste a thing. Open it any time to see what it knows.
Evidence on every answer
Every response lists the emails, conversations, and documents behind it.
Drafts before you ask
Because it knows where each matter stands, it can start the reply for you.

In practice

Same question. Very different answers.

A task lawyers run every day, asked twice. Once with the agent on its own, once briefed by Deepmatter.

You ask

Draft a reply to opposing counsel on the indemnity cap.

Without Deepmatter

ClaudeClaude, on its own

Thank you for your markup. We have reviewed the proposed adjustment to the indemnity cap. Parties typically address a known exposure through a price adjustment, an escrow, or a specific indemnity. If you can share the draft and the correspondence, I can tailor this to your negotiation.

  • boilerplate hedge
  • no dates, no numbers
  • asks you for the documents

Now on your plate

  • Dig up the escrow email and the dates
  • Check the current cap in the draft
  • Paste it all in and ask again

Generic. The digging is still yours.

Thank you for your markup of August 12. Our client cannot accept a price adjustment for the identified exposure. The structure discussed on August 3, a twelve month escrow with the cap unchanged, addresses the risk appropriately. If it assists in closing this point, our client is prepared to move on timing.

Works the same in ChatGPTGeminiCopilotDeepmatter and every agent you already use.

What if I'm not using any other AI tool yet? Can I just use Deepmatter?

Yes.

Deepmatter works on its own: ask it directly and it answers from your matters with sources. If you pick up other AI tools later, the memory is already there waiting for them.

I use Claude for some things and Copilot for others. Does it work with both?

Yes, and that is the point.

Many lawyers already bounce between tools. The memory sits under all of them, so what Claude learned about the matter this morning is there when you ask Copilot this afternoon.

How does it connect to my existing tools?

The same way you would connect a calendar or a drive.

Authorize an AI tool once, and from then on it checks Deepmatter for the matter before answering.

How long does it take to set up?

Setup takes minutes.

You connect an AI tool and just work: by the end of the first matter conversation there is a memory, and by the end of the week your agent has stopped asking for background you already gave it. Want a head start? Backfill your history; otherwise it simply builds going forward.

Don't Claude and ChatGPT already remember my conversations?

They remember something, but not the way a lawyer needs.

General memory is one undifferentiated pile, with every client and every conversation blurred together, and only inside that one app. Deepmatter organizes memory the way you organize your practice: matter by matter, each one kept separate, visible, and under your control, behind whichever AI agent you use.

Do I have to change the way I already use my AI chatbot?

No.

You keep asking exactly the way you do now. What changes is what comes back: answers that already know the matter, with the sources listed underneath.

How does this compare to things like Harvey or Legora?

Harvey and Legora give you a new place to do legal work with specialized workflows inside.

Deepmatter keeps you where you already work and adds the missing piece: a memory of your matters, for whichever AI you use. For most firms the context was the missing piece.

How is my data secured?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to you and anyone you share a matter with.

You can export or delete everything at any time.

Is any of my data used to train AI models?

No.

Nothing you connect is used to train any model, ours or anyone else鈥檚. Your memory is encrypted, scoped to you, and used for exactly one thing: briefing your own AI on your own matters.
